CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (CHECK-IN AGENT) * PART-TIME* (JFK International Airport)

Worldwide flight Services is seeking professional, friendly, goal-oriented and flexible individuals who are eager to start in the aviation industry as a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (passenger service agent) working at our J.F.K International Airport location. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and have the flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and days off. Experience and bi-lingual are a plus.


JOB DECRIPITION

Passenger Service Agent performs all aspects of airport operations, including ticketing transactions, baggage check-in, ensure baggage is tagged and processed for delivery to the proper destination, issuing boarding passes, monitor gate area and assist in passenger boarding, and make announcements concerning flight changes and dispatching flights in a safe and timely manner. Also be responsible for baggage service functions of filing loss, damage, and pilferage claims. Offers efficient and professional customer service and resolves passenger problems as required. Coordinates with all departments to ensure operational needs are met, including catering, fueling, and maintenance companies. Acts as company representative when assigned.
