We provide solutions including simple credit card terminals, wireless terminals, high speed PC based POS systems, virtual terminals and gateways, mobile processing solutions and gift cards.
The position involves key entering incoming applications via web based portal, answering incoming calls from existing clients and submitting necessary change forms. The ideal candidate is well spoken and tech savvy. Dedication to providing excellent customer service over the phone and key entering information with attention to detail are a must. Applicants should be able to utilize internet based management software and email, Microsoft Word and Excel as well as Adobe Acrobat.
Previous experience with customer service, key entry are a plus.
Experience with First Data Omaha platform is a big plus!
Pay negotiable based on experience.
This is a FULL TIME position.
