CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE AND ASSISTANT TERMINAL MANAGER POSITIONS AVAILABLE!!!

Customer Service Associate
Responsibilities:
-Transport carts from high return areas to ensure availability of carts
-Perform routine and minor maintenance and cleaning of carts
-Maintain good communication and cooperation with other employees and facility management.

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-6 months successful work experience
-Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height, and approximately 75-100 pounds to move up to 15 carts at a time
-Ability to walk and stand for 8 hours a day
-Must pass Background and Reference checks, 10 yr. Background check conducted by Customs and Border Protection.
-Must be comfortable working outdoors
-Position pays $8.80/hr

Assistant Terminal Manager
Responsibilities:
-Manage staff of Customer Service Associates. Handle all Customer Complaints regarding staff and service provided
-Schedule employees according to demands of business
-Inspect all equipment to include carts (electrical and Gas) as well as cleaning and maintenance
-Operate company vehicles
-Complete Cash Audits of associates to ensure consistent balances throughout the day
-Ability to work rotating schedule amongst other Assistant Terminal Managers to include Evenings and Overnights

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or general equivalency diploma required; Associate degree preferred
-Two years of supervisory experience
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. to waist height, apply a force of approximately 75-100 lbs. to move up to 15 carts simultaneously and to walk and stand for long periods of time
-Ability to pass necessary background/reference checks and Port Authority identification requirements
-Computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
-Cash control experience
-Valid driver's license
-Flexible schedule
