A Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for assisting Clients checking in and out, booking appointments and assisting the staff. Proper attire and attitude is a must! Front Desk Receptionist responsibilities
Be the face of the company. Professional look and demeanor are key factors for the position.
Report to the General Manager.
Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Assist the clientele with directions, checking in and out.
Provide a 5-star treatment to our clientele.
Assist fellow team members and maintain positive working relationships.
Ensure a high level of product knowledge.
Perform administrative tasks.
Position details
Business Hours: Monday-Saturday, 9am-7pm.
Candidate will spend 4 weeks training for the position.
Start Date: January 2, 2013.
