Requirements:
Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel experience as well as advanced internet familiarity) and the ability to learn new platforms quickly,
Must be able to operate company telephones, including in-bound and out-bound calls and extension transfers,
Must be a multi-tasker that can juggle multiple projects at once
Desired:
Moderate to advanced writing skills,
Moderate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel,
Previous customer service or direct customer relations experience
Duties:
Answering customer questions via email and over the telephone,
Solving customer issues in a courteous yet expedient manner,
Coordinating between the customer service office, warehouse team, and administrative offices,
Analyzing and imputing appropriate data over multiple platforms
