A Victorian playhouse that is reportedly going to be installed in the garden of Suri Cruise's family home.Â
Suri Cruise’s tantrums over ice cream and puppies have been well-documented by the paparazzi, but it seems like the 6-year-old daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes is still on Santa’s nice list.
Katie Holmes reportedly bought a $ 24,000 playhouse for her daughter this year that comes complete with running water and electricity, according to the Daily Mail.

The Grand Victorian Playhouse, created by Sweet Retreat Kids, can be customized with options including recessed lighting, a sunroom, an eat-in-kitchen and a media room. Intercoms can connect the playhouse to the main house.
This is a SERIOUS playhouse that can be configured to have a garage, a picket fence and even its own landscaping.

According to The Sun, Suri will have something to park in that garage â€" her mom is buying her a $ 9,750 kids’ version of a Mercedes, along with an iPad mini and a Chloe fur coat.
It’s unclear where exactly the playhouse will be installed, but we’re guessing at dad’s house. Since her split with Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes has been living in a high-end apartment in Chelsea where there’s no backyard to be found.
