Account Rep / Circulation Finance Specialist (Brooklyn)

Duties and responsibilities
Prepare and post labels/distribution lists and postal reports for all products on schedule
Create renewal campaigns and run renewal statements for assigned products on schedule
Prepare customer invoices for assigned products on schedule
Print orders for National Law Journal
Run standardized department month-end and other financial reports
Prepare circulation reports
Review and approve check requests for customer refunds (Multipub and Sunbelt)
Serve as primary point of contact between Customer Service department and marketing/finance for assigned publications
Represent needs and priorities of marketing/circulation to the Customer Service department and vice-versa
Advise and assist Data Entry/Customer Service reps on details of products, pricing, etc.
Assist Key Account/Judiciary customers with fulfillment, online access control and customer service
Coordinate/monitor customer access control to online content
Prepare distribution lists for books
Serve as back-up to other Account Representatives in department
Manage circulation list/bounces for digital edition (Texterity)
File and manage Annual USPS Statement of Ownership and Circulation
Manage monthly commission reports for Lexis-Nexis
Prepare CAPS reports
Approve fulfillment invoices in ALTEC
Monitor ALM printed and online promotional offers to ensure compliance with data entry standards
Assist local marketing staff in preparing circulation and marketing reports and queries

Required Skills and Knowledge
Ability to multitask
Rigorous follow-through and compliance with scheduled activities
Good communications skills for contacts with customers (written and phone)
Service-focused approach to helping division achieve their business goals
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with publishing/circulation/fulfillment
Prior familiarity with Multipub a plus
