Responsibilities:
As a Concierge your goal is to provide exceptional customer service experience. Given the importance of this position the concierge's attitude must reflect our high standards including: professionalism, common sense, detail oriented and teamwork. If you are friendly, enjoy helping people, and have exceptional communication skills, you may be a great fit!

Functions:
Maintain standards of a five star service
Provide concierge services
Greet visitors
Provide directions
Restaurant event reservations
Monthly news letter

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year hotel concierge experience necessary
