Hours: PART TIME - WEEKENDS ARE A MUST, Friday-Sunday 6-20 hours per week, additional days also available subject to party reservations, Company Events, Tournaments, and Outings.

Indoor Extreme Sports is looking for Paintball and Lasertag Referees for the 2013 year! We are looking for Customer Service Friendly people who will be running/refereeing parties throughout the day that consist from kids parties from 7 years old to Adult Parties.
Responsibilities:
In General, We are looking for individuals who can provide excellent customer service to our customers while they are enjoying their time here at our facility. You MUST be able to deal with little kids as well as teenagers and adults. If you can't stand kids, then this job isn't for you! We do a lot of birthday parties! A little bit more of what each job's responsibilities are:
Lasertag Referee- Your day will consist of being a laser tag operator running kids birthday parties as well as teen and adult parties throughout our 3 different types of lasertags that we have to offer here at Indoor Extreme Sports. Your priority is that our birthday parties are to have a great time and you tend to all of their needs throughout their sessions.
Paintball Referee- We would like to start of with that this is a PAINTBALL REFEREE Job. You will be getting Shot! If you cannot take the fact that you will be getting shot then this isn't the job for you! Your day will consist of running kids birthday parties as well as teen and adult parties throughout our 2 Fields paintball fields that we have here at Indoor Extreme Sports. Your main responsibilities will be to make sure customers/players follow all of our rules and regulations in the facility as well as refereeing parties games on the paintball field. (A side note*) We no longer use real paintballs, we use a thing called Reball. It is a Re-usable Rubber paintball. So there is no more mess, you will stay clean throughout the day, the only thing is now your are responsible for our Reballs!

Requirements: Paintball Experience is great, but not necessary. Customer Service Experience is encouraged, but not necessary. Must have a Friendly personality and have great customer service abilities in a sense that you understand Customer satisfaction is priority. A teamwork work ethic is a must here at Indoor Extreme Sports.
