We are a small team focused on building the best cloud data management and migration products available. Adoption of cloud services is skyrocketing and we make it easy to move, manage and understand data in the cloud. What We Are Looking For
You are outgoing, love working with people and can communicate complex concepts well. You have exceptional attention to detail and love optimizing processes and maximizing efficiency. You are interested in learning what makes a technology company tick and how a business operates. You are passionate about technology and can comprehend complex technical concepts.

Being an Advocate
As a Customer Success Advocate you will work directly with our clients, which range from individuals to large multinational corporations. Being an advocate is about more than support - it is about finding opportunities to continually improve the client experience. That means working on everything from support tickets to phone calls to product documentation and everything in between. This role will also include work on internal business operations and provide excellent experience in understanding how a business runs.
