High Level client specialist for national accounts. Heavy phone and computer work. Constant tracking of work tickets and updating clients via, phone, web or email. Heavy written correspondence. Please send Resume and explain why you are the perfect candidate on your coverletter

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with corporate customers. Follow up on work orders placed by our clients to ensure work completion.
Review jobs with the clients.
Ensure we are meeting customer service requirements (arriving to jobs on time, completing jobs providing constant
communication)
Maintain and update customer 3rd party software to reflect work order statuses, provide accurate information our clients
need to know, submit and follow up on proposals.
Account Specialist: Provide customer service for key accounts assigned.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to articulate well over the phone or by e-mail.
Good time management and priority basing organizational skills
Advanced MS Excel exp.
General knowledge and efficiency using MS Office and Outlook
General Rules of grammar and proofreading abilities
Quick and logical thinking, able to provide new ideas and appropriate solutions
Type 55 WPM +
Strong follow up skills

Mon- Fri 8-5 Also alternating swing shift until 7 PM.
