We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to continue to build on our success.

The overall responsibility of the Customer Services Representative for WorldNet is to develop both current and new accounts. The CSR will also act as the liaison between client, carrier, shipper, and receiver while managing the movement of the client's goods, ensuring that they are picked up, transported and delivered on time to meet or exceed the client's expectations. We are seeking candidates that have the ability to learn quickly, self-motivated and eager to succeed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include but are not limited to:
Coordinate designated carrier-to-customer pick-up with time of pick-up, delivery, and special instructions as directed by the customer.
Book clients requests from email and arrange client's delivery requests.
Secure adequate capacity for freight booked.
Responsible for decisions and implementation of pick-up and delivery to ensure customer requirements are met.
Responsible for handling complaints concerning billing or service rendered on capacity side.
Work with dedicated carriers to ensure commitments are met.
Qualified candidate must have excellent phone etiquitte and computer skills (word, excel) and the ability to learn and navigate various in house databases and internet sites and databases.
Qualified candidates will preferable have:
Excellent work history with proven track record.
Some college coursework or a degree in marketing, business, transportation, logistics or related field.
Ability to travel as needed.
Additional Skills/Qualifications:
Customer Service experience, Product Knowledge, Problem Solving, Industry Knowledge, Pleasant Phone Manner, Conflict Resolution, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking.
