We are a small group of scientists , who want to use their skills and ethical commitment
to effect positive change in the world in ways that governments and politicians have not.
We envision a democratic organization to be a kind of greenhouse for establishing ethical businesses that benefit the
whole of society, address and promote solutions to global problems, and build a foundation for world peace.
The foundation of this project is to establish many businesses, scientific and other. We are going to be structured
"like" a corporation, with all members having equal power. Our organization will have multiple objectives, expansion,
scientific development, and direct human development projects. ALL revenue except for salaries will go to one
of those three objectives. This project will be 100% Not for profit.
We are confidant that we can after much concrete planning through either "private investors" and "philanthropists" find the
financ ial means to realize the global benefits for which we are working.
With all revenue from our project only benefiting society, we believe that public support would be huge. With a large public
following we believe that the potential for user based businesses would be astronomical.
This is a "concept" only. The first steps we are working on is integrating a private forum into our main site where by invitation
only "qualified" members would meet. Here, questions could be posed and answered and initial discussions could be started, the main
purpose being the sharing and exchanging of ideas.
In the private forum we will start preliminary planning which includes defining the social structure, legal structure, objectives and all else involved.
Then develop the initial business plans and ideas, from there contact investors(investors would only take a total dollar amount not a residual or continued interest in the project)
and philanthropists.
All members would receive a salary equal to what they would make in the free market AFTER the first revenue projects are brought to fruition.
We are seeking "qualified" interested people to join us in initial discussions. We plan for initial discussions to begin by the end of this month.
