1. COUNTER MANAGER
Position Summary:
The Brand Manager assists in the management of their assigned counters throughout the NY Airport T1 and T8. This position is responsible for generating sales through customer service, staff coaching and development, and maintenance of counter merchandising standards and plan-o-grams, sales and data.
- 2+ years management experience
- Mandatory Cosmetic retail experience
- Strong leadership skills and staff development experience
- Ability to coach and develop staff in areas of sales, service, merchandising
- Ability to balance activities that drive both short and long-term business results in a fast-paced environment

Position Summary:
Beauty Advisors are responsible for selling merchandise based on customer's needs while maintaining a clean appearance of selling floor and stock area, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all cosmetic products, accurately track sales transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures, and attend all required training sessions held vendors and iShoppes.
- Proven knowledge and selling experience with cosmetics and fragrances
- Superior verbal, written, and telephone communication with customers and company management
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and selling skills
- Meticulous attention to iShoppes and vendor dress code
- Bi-Lingual in one of the following languages: MANDARIN, JAPANESE, KOREAN

Position Summary:
Provide exceptional customer service in a retail establishment. Work with the store manager and supervisors to drive sales.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience. Ability to sell across a broad range of categories such as clothing and accessories
- Must be flexible with shifts -- MANDATORY Weekends and Holidays
- Must be presentable
- Must have a passion for fashion and trends
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Must have an animated, personable attitude dedicated to striving for the best sales and exceptional customer service
