Responsibilities:
Respond and assist customers when arranged transportation does not arrived as scheduled
Enter data and research information in company computer system
Schedule, change and cancel reservations when required
Log the details of any complaints and notify the appropriate department about them
Be polite and respectful at all times
Have good attendance record and always be on time
Follow all company rules, policies and procedures
Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must have prior in-bound call center and/or customer service experience
Must have prior experience with data entry
Must have excellent customer service and listening skills
35 wpm typing at a minimum
Bilingual Russian, Spanish and Cantonese/Mandarin a big plus.
