* Wash laundry, fold, and put away
* Wash dishes
* Clean bathrooms
* Wash floors and windows as necessary
* Water plants
* Other cleaning tasks as needed

Errands:
* Pick up, drop off dry-cleaning - double-check that all items are returned
* Drop off items for repair or donation
* Mail packages at post office
* Purchase basic groceries like water, yogurt, milk, cereal, and cleaning solutions as required
* Other errands as needed

Firm Requirements (please do not apply unless you meet the following):

* Two years of prior paid experience working in housekeeping role with stellar references
* Reliable transportation - will provide own vehicle, has insurance, maintains excellent driving record
* Can legally work in the United States. We keep clean books which means reporting income wages
* Can lift and carry up to 30 pound boxes and other small items as necessary
