In this call center environment, you will act as the first point of contact for clients participating in the program. Responsibilities include:
--Answering between 50-100 incoming calls daily in a confident and courteous manner.
--Troubleshooting and resolving client concerns, such as the use of the retail scanning device.
--Building and maintaining relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service.
--Making outbound calls to panelists to improve client loyalty and retention.
--Maintaining and updating panelist database accurately.
--Keeping current on all new panelist issues and procedures.
This position works a part-time, varied work schedule not to exceed 30 hours per week. Schedule options are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 9 am -- 3 pm with Saturday 10 - 4
Monday - Friday: 3 pm -- 9 pm with Saturday 10 - 6
