Roles and Responsibilities:
We are an education company which caters to high-end clientele. We are recognized for our superior books and games. As a logistics and customer service intern you will gain exposure to all aspects of the supply chain, from production to shipping to warehousing to customer satisfaction.

As logistics and customer service intern, you would:
* Help customers process orders
* Manage inventory at multiple locations
* Monitor orders and shipments
* Handle complaints
* Optimize workflow and operations

Since we are a high-growth start-up there are many opportunities to grow and expand your role into a full-time position. Areas where you can take on a leadership role include but are not limited to inventory control, procurement, or sales and distribution.

Qualifications:
* Obtained or working towards a Bachelor's Degree
* Extremely organized and detail-oriented
* Experienced with Microsoft Excel
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Recommended Skills:
* Experience with databases (Access, SQL)
* Experience in logistics
* Experience in import/export
