Way better than a dorm! Miranda Cosgrove just snagged this $ 2.65 million Los Angeles home to live in while she attends the University of Southern California.

Forget communal showers and hall meetings. Nickelodeon ‘iCarly’ star Miranda Cosgrove recently bought a $ 2.65 million spread after starting her first year at the University of Southern California, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The three-bedroom home was built in 1952, but has been recently renovated to include a decked-out chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, as well as exterior work including a new paint job and shutters, according to the real estate blog Zillow.
