The Role
In lifestyle management no two days are ever the same. You will use your knowledge, contacts and know-how to deal with interesting and often complex requests from our members. As a Lifestyle Manager, you will primarily be dealing with requests ranging from; Travel, Retail and Entertainment including restaurant and ticket knowledge. You will use your expertise to help our members get the most from their lives, whilst growing knowledge within your team and across the company as a whole. You will use your research and communication skills to provide personalized solutions to our members request within specified time frames.
Requirements
We are interested in hearing from energetic and motivated team players who are passionate about delivering outstanding personalized support and who have excellent research and writing skills. This role also requires initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of our members. This role will be based in our New York office.
The ideal candidate will have:
Fluency in Russian (in addition to English)
Related experience in hospitality or retail customer service
Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers and clients, working in a calm and professional manner at all times
The ability to work independently and perform well with little supervision
Dedication to customer satisfaction and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, acting with tact and diplomacy and demonstrating excellent problem solving skills
Excellent computer skills
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to multitask and handle several projects at the same time
The ability to provide intelligent and resourceful replies to members and clients requests while maintaining a commercial focus
Strong administration skills and be able to prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines
The ability to be detail-oriented and deadline driven to ensure that demanding standards are met
An enthusiasm to work with an emphasis for detail and follow through as required. The highest customer service standards are expected and must be maintained at all times
Fluency in one other language (other than English) would be advantageous.
Working Hours Salary
You will be required to work a shift between the hours of 11:00pm and 3:00am and you will be required to work on weekends. Salary is starting from $15.00 - $17.00 per hour plus performance related bonus and excellent benefits.
