We're looking for a smart and motivated Retention Manager that understands the challenges local businesses face and is passionate about helping them reach their marketing goals. You'll be working directly with our clients to help them get the most out of our marketing automation platform while being responsible for developing new internal processes and best practices that can scale.
We are looking for someone that will have great impact immediately:
- Improve the quality of our clients experience with Signpost by analyzing performance data and pro-actively optimizing client accounts
- Educate merchants about online marketing and how Signpost works, identifying ways to improve their return on investment
- Collaborate with and support account management, sales and marketing teams to ensure a systemic approach and consistent experience for merchants
- Research and develop best practices and guidelines that will inform others involved in working with merchants
- Become a domain expert in local business categories and identify product and user experience improvements through merchant interactions
- Take ownership of merchant communications and care, and proactively meet, beat and move up key performance targets
