As a certified dealer for Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Acura, and Scion Plaza Auto Mall prides itself on a commitment to complete customer satisfaction. Your main goal as a Contact Center Service Supervisor will be to effectively create and maintain a high energy, positive morale, goal-oriented culture that exceeds the daily/weekly/and monthly performance criteria(s) established by the Contact Center Director. This role will be expected to ensure all inbound phone calls are answered by the Contact Center service representatives according to the following guidelines:

a. Promptly (within 3 rings)
b. In an appropriate and professional manner.

Job Requirements:

Four-year college degree or equivalent directly related work experience.
At least three years contact center supervisor experience.
Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
Must be extremely organized.
Must be highly motivated.
Must have excellent time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft office products.
Must demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to developing employees.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes while ensuring employees are also in compliance with such protocols.
Sets example for employees in the areas of personal character, commitment, organizational skills, selling skills, and work habit.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to work nights and weekends.
Expert on-floor mentoring and one-to-one skills coaching.
Ability to adapt to a regularly changing environment and flexibility with scheduling.
Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug screen prior to employment.
