Customer Service Person for a leading Storage Company (Chelsea)

One of the largest Storage Moving companies in New York is looking for talented individuals with a background in customer service who want a career with the largest self storage facility in America. Our ideal employee will be a self-starter with strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills and a proven background in Customer Service or the Storage Moving Industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to solve client's problems in person and over the telephone.

Ability to motivate and supervise others within the team to achieve maximum performance.

Outstanding communication skills both verbal written.

Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to work effectively in a team environment

Detail-oriented and the ability to follow up on tasks.

Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
