As a Customer Service Advisor you will responsible for delivering the highest standard of customer service, making sure that our customer's needs are not only met but exceeded. You will assist the management team in the successful promotion of our brand and reputation as well as supporting the team in aiming to achieve sales targets and results. You will be responsible for making and exceeding sales goals.
Key Attributes are as follows, but not limited to:
Must be able to withstand working outdoors 100% of the time year round
Must be a Persuasive Salesperson
Possess Mechanical inclination or experience
Has a clear understanding of till systems and ensures all process are followed
Assist in ensuring compliance with the Company policies and procedures
Ensures the shop floor standards are maintained to the highest level at all times while maintaining the highest level of housekeeping
Ensures customer's needs are met at all times
