A staircase at the 76 Crosby St. loft is set against a Balinese wall and leads from a 20-x-35-foot living room and gourmet kitchen with two dishwashers to a second story with home gym, media room, guest bedroom and roof deck.

Kelly Ripa has good taste in homes, and an eye for profit.

The TV host and her husband, actor Mark Consuelos, just put their five-bedroom, 6,800-square-foot SoHo loft on the market for $ 24.5 million. They purchased the home in 2005 for $ 9.1 million.

Located at 76 Crosby St. on the corner of Spring St., the loft has 3,000 square feet of outdoor space furnished in a Zen manner with a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and trellis covered seating area.

Inside, a staircase set against a Balinese wall leads from a 20-x-35-foot living room and gourmet kitchen with two dishwashers to a second story with home gym, media room, guest bedroom and roof deck.

CHECK OUT OTHER POSH CELEBRITY HOMES

“You look at them and say, wow, they really made it,” says a source close to the couple who has been inside the home. “This is how celebrities are supposed to live. But it’s tasteful, and suitable for a family which you don’t find a lot in downtown lofts.”

Douglas Elliman's Raphael De Niro, whose father is actor Robert De Niro, shares the listing with Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group. Both brokers are known citywide for working closely with A-list clients.

Raphael De Niro is the exclusive broker on a $ 100 million apartment at the City Spire building at 150 W. 56th St. Modlin has the listing on Madonna’s Central Park West six-bedroom apartment listed for $ 23.5 million. Neither broker nor Ripa could be reached for comment.
