We are seeking an outgoing, motivated professionalto manage a portfolio of professional clientele and serve as a liaison for a small portfolio of clients.
The account manager is responsible for introducing clients to our current services and offeringsas well as managing client relationships.

Account Manager will also be expected to:
Escalate client requests to appropriate tech support staff
Follow up with client to ensure excellent customer service
Establish leads and potential new lines of business
Assist with marketing and sales strategies

Qualities we are looking for:
Adept at working within a team environment
Well versed in technology
Experience working within an MSP or other tech company strongly preferred
Some same day travel is required within the New York City Metro Area

Part Time to Full Time
