The Regional Customer Manager is responsible for coordinating day-to-day account sales within an assigned geographic area to achieve set business targets developing and building strong relationships with current and new customers.
The RCM is responsible for:
Service/support process for assigned accounts.
Proactively initiating, developing and implementing account penetration strategies and tactics designed to build new business and maximize volume and profitability.

Communicates selling activities with support team and field sales.
